Correctly identifying your STREETBOOSTER Pollux
This prioritization applies to the Pollux. The Sirius and other STREETBOOSTER models require a separate selection. The handlebar mechanism, reflectors, and markings will not be part of any full-surface wrap.
Pollux: tapered deck and lockable removable battery
- STREETBOOSTER specifies a deck length of 45 cm and a width of 23 and 18 cm, respectively.
- Vehicle dimensions: 132 × 69.5 × 122 cm (L × W × H).
- Lockable removable battery, front drum brake, and rear disc brake.
For a potential Pollux design, we need to examine how motifs can be placed on the rigid side surfaces. Contrasts may vary depending on the base colors; however, the cut shape depends on the actual geometry and cutouts.
Questions about wrapping: deck shape and battery lock
Why is a rectangular wrap cutout insufficient for the Pollux?
The manufacturer's two width values alone show that a single rectangular measurement does not describe the deck shape. For a clean motif, the actual contour of the side edge and the transitions to the battery compartment must be recorded.
Will the removable battery remain accessible with a skin?
This is a goal of the subsequent fitment test. The battery lock, handle, and opening edges will not be covered. A side motif would need to be separated at the corresponding component boundaries so that the battery can still be removed.
