FAQ

Will the skin fit my model exactly?

Yes. Every skin is cut from the original shapes of your model. Check the exact model name when choosing, for example ZT3 Pro or ZT3 Max.

How fast will I get my skin?

We print after you order: 2–3 working days for printing, then 3–4 working days for delivery within Germany. Custom designs take a little longer because you get a preview first.

How do I apply the skin?

Every skin comes with instructions and a video. For many models you will also find an online fitting guide.

What does the protective laminate do?

An extra transparent layer over the print for more protection against scratches and UV light. Choose it on the product page for an extra €20.

What if a part gets damaged while applying?

We replace damaged or lost stickers free of charge within 1 week of delivery. After that, single stickers are available at any time for an extra charge.

When is shipping free?

Within Germany, shipping is free from an order value of €50.

Are the skins weather-resistant?

Yes. Our skins are made of vinyl film for outdoor use – rain, splashes and sun don’t bother them. With the protective laminate, the surface is also protected against scratches and UV light.
