Right of withdrawal and returns policy

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal and return. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase.
Please note: Film that has already been applied, used, damaged or soiled cannot be returned.
Starting a return

Please include your order number, name and reason for returning the item in your message.
Returns must only be sent after we have confirmed the return. Items sent back to us without a prior return request cannot be accepted.
Return address
If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions.
Please make sure to include a note with your name and order number in the parcel so that we can identify your return.
The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless we have made an error, for example by sending an incorrect or damaged item.
Damage and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will review the matter as quickly as possible and find a suitable solution.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalised products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by an individual choice or decision by the customer, or that are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs.
This applies in particular to individually made, personalised or specially produced scooter skins, special designs, one-off products or custom designs.
Standard products from our shop that have not been personalised or individually made may be returned within the statutory withdrawal period, provided that they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Sale items and gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
Statutory withdrawal rights apply to discounted promotional items unless there is a statutory ground for exclusion.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain a different item is to return the item you received. Once the return has been accepted, you can purchase the desired item in a separate order.
European Union – 14-day withdrawal period
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. We will then let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, payment provider or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
