With the NAVEE ST3, we are interested in the drivetrain, suspension, and ride feel of a comparatively affordable e-scooter. In our video from July 3, 2026, however, we are riding a unit with modified software on a closed test track. The smartphone's GPS measurement shows a maximum of 38 km/h. This result specifically pertains to the modified test vehicle.
Important note regarding the version: This is about the ST3, not the ST3 Pro. The German series version is offered by the manufacturer at 20 km/h. Our tuning test is neither proof of its standard top speed nor a recommendation to use the modified configuration in public road traffic.
What we observe in the test
- Drivetrain: Our test unit accelerates powerfully and pulls pleasantly and evenly in the tested range.
- Speed: maximum 38 km/h on the smartphone GPS display at approximately 40 km/h on the scooter display.
- Suspension: On grass and gravel, the ST3 provides us with a pleasantly soft ride.
- Operation: The display seems rather simple and old-fashioned to us.
- Range: Not fully tested in this video.
Our NAVEE ST3 test in the video

38 km/h via GPS: How the measured value was obtained
Our light barriers are not available for this trial. Therefore, we use a smartphone for GPS measurement. At 3:49 in the video, we discuss the recorded peak value of 38 km/h; on the scooter display, we see approximately 40 km/h.
This is a maximum value from this trial, not an average of several standardized test runs. In the video, we talk about the full battery and wind, among other things. A standardized series of measurements with identical rider weight, documented tire pressure, and controlled conditions does not exist here. The comparisons with other scooters mentioned in between are therefore not a reliable ranking.
Drivetrain and incline: the ST3 surprises us positively
Accelerating with the test vehicle is fun. It is particularly positive that the thrust feels quite even in the driven range. During this ride, we do not notice any conspicuous power holes. Whether an unmodified ST3 behaves the same way cannot be derived from this software test.
During the ride on the incline starting at 8:52, the scooter continues to pull well even from low speeds. We did not measure the gradient or the incline there. A statement such as "guaranteed to handle a certain percentage" would therefore be more than what our video proves.
Suspension and display in everyday impressions
On grass and gravel, we like the comfort. The suspension feels softer to us than the Segway F3 mentioned in the video. This is a subjective riding impression during these rides, not a comparison with identical settings and measured values.
The display, on the other hand, triggers less enthusiasm. It appears rather old-fashioned to us, but it serves its purpose while riding. For a purchase decision, we would therefore take a closer look at the information that is important to you on the go, rather than focusing solely on the design of the screen.
Which data applies to the German ST3?
According to the German NAVEE product page, the ST3 has 450 W rated power, up to 1,000 W peak power, a battery with 477.36 Wh, and 10-inch tubeless tires. The German series version is specified at 20 km/h. These manufacturer data must be distinguished from the results of our modified test vehicle.
No separate range measurement is available for this article. In the video, we only announce such a test. The range from a product description would neither replace a separate test nor prove the range at higher speeds. This video also does not cover durability over months, rides in the rain, or measured braking distances.
Manufacturer link and discount codes
In the description of the linked video, we do not find any affiliate link or discount code clearly assigned to the NAVEE ST3. You can view the current ST3 via the manufacturer page linked above; this link contains no affiliate identifier. We do not transfer codes for other brands from the video description to the NAVEE.
Our conclusion on the NAVEE ST3
During our ride, the ST3 makes a good impression thanks to its powerful drivetrain and comfortable suspension. The simple display is more a matter of preference. The 38 km/h is an interesting result of our experiment with modified software, but it is only of limited significance for the purchase decision regarding the German series version. Anyone who wants to use the scooter in everyday life should primarily consider its standard features, comfort, and their own range requirements.
